Our goal is to ship your order quickly. We strive to ship most orders the same day, or next day after receiving them. Because paint is considered "ORM-D" (hazardous), shipping methods are limited to ground transportation only. We use USPS primarily, and FedEx in certain circumstances.

ORM-D packages require special labeling, and are handled differently by the shipping carriers. This means that your package WILL take longer than normal to arrive. Please be patient.

Due to extremely high shipping costs, we are unable to ship outside of the United States.

Customer Provided Shipping Information

Every order placed on this site will be reviewed and analyzed to minimize fraud risk. Any order with mis-matched shipping and billing information will be cancelled. 

Once your order has been confirmed, we cannot change the address. If you wish to make a change after placing an order, in most cases, we will cancel your order, and ask you to place a new order online.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery of your order can vary greatly depending upon your location. Keep in mind that once your package is in the possession of the shipping carrier, we cannot alter the shipment in any way. 

Spaz Stix by HRP, nor HRP Distributing will be held responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly.

Please keep in mind that delivery times can vary based upon multitudes of factors, such as inclement weather, sorting locations, internal USPS issues, and more. Such variables are outside of our control, and are not our responsibility.
