Returns & Exchanges

Unused products purchased directly from the Spazstix.com website may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. If you purchased your item from another authorized dealer, you must work directly with them for non-defective returns or exchanges. You will be subject to their return policies. You are responsible for return shipping charges, except in the case of a mis-shipment.

Warranty Information

Spaz Stix products purchased new through an Authorized Dealer are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects at the time of purchase. Due to the nature of our product, any defect will be evident upon initial use, so we strongly encourage you to test the product, especially when using more than one product together, before painting your project. Loss or damage caused by defective product will not be covered under warranty. We will not replace your ruined project. Because there are so many factors that affect the performance of paint products, unsatisfactory results will not be considered warrantable. Again, practice first to prevent issues. Warranty does not cover issues due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear. Impact related damage is not covered under warranty.

If you're certain your product is covered by warranty, you may start the RMA process by reading the instructions below. 

Steps to process warranty return

  1. Start the RMA process by filling out the form at the bottom of this page. You will be asked to attach a copy of your receipt*, and the form will not go through without an attachment. Please describe the issue that you are having in detail. The more you can tell us, the better we can help you. 
  2. Once approved, you will receive an email outlining the steps to return your item. You are responsible for any shipping costs.
  3. Once we receive your shipment, we will process the request and update the RMA portal accordingly.
  4. If your product is deemed to be covered under warranty, a new unit will be promptly returned to you. Spaz Stix will cover the cost to ship your replacement item to you. If denied, you will be responsible for return shipping charges.

*Emailed receipts from online purchases are acceptable. Name of store, date of purchase and SKU of the product are required on the receipt, and must be legible. We will not accept returned merchandise without a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without authorization will not be processed for refund or exchange. You will be responsible for return shipping charges if you wish to have your unauthorized return sent back to you.

Please allow 10-15 days for processing your return, including shipping transit days. RMA requests may take longer to Canada, Mexico and other countries. 

Warranty requests for product purchased through unauthorized dealers will be denied.
